(online purchases only) **Please note concerning returns: RMA # must be issued and we will help make arrangements for pick up. Mileage on odometer must be less than [10] upon return and customer is responsible to insure that the product is packaged exactly as original and no body damage, tampering or accessories have been omitted. A full inspection will be made of motorcycle and accessories and sender is responsible financially for all damages while in possession and during shipping if found packaged improperly.

Warranty and Service:
Excellent Service record! Since all SwampCycle E-Bikes and Scooters are built to our specifications, we hardly ever experience a product that doesn't function properly out of the box. However, in the rare event that a product should not function properly for you. Our knowledgeable staff will make every attempt to get you going in a hurry or replace the product at no charge to you.  If your service depot should not have a particular part in stock we can overnight it to them if necessary! - No need to worry - ever!  You never have to worry about a shortage of parts.

All of our E-Bikes and Scooters come with peace of mind. -1Year Parts and Labor warranty.  Parts and Labor do not cover: neglect, abuse, improper break-in, theft, vandalism, deception, or negligence. All warranties are void if abuse and improper break in is detected.  Common wear items are not covered under parts warranty for example: Spark plugs, tires, clutch plates, brakes, light bulbs, rubber covers ie: kick starter, toe-shifters, seats covers, etc..
